The American Association of University Professors, an organization of 47,000 higher education faculty, has issued a letter to the administration and board of La Sierra University regarding the termination of biologist Dr. Lee Greer. The letter raises questions about academic freedom and the tenure policies and processes at the Seventh-day Adventist school.
