Diversity Centre Lecture — Steve Aisthorpe

Happy New Year from us all at the Diversity Centre!

This semester our theme will be Leadership during and after the Pandemic.

We will look at what leadership is looking like, who is making a success of it and whether it might come from surprising places.

Here are the details for the February Diversity Lecture:

Title: Covid-19 and the wilding of the Church — what sort of leaders do we need?

Date & Time: Tuesday, 9th February, 2021, 7:30 p.m. (London)

Lecturer: Dr Steve Aisthorpe — Mission Development Worker, Church of Scotland

Dr Aisthorpe lives in Kincraig, near Aviemore, where he works for the Church of Scotland’s Church Without Walls team, helping people to reimagine church and encouraging mission and discipleship. He is a passionate rock climber, loves all things outdoors – and is a researcher, writer and coach. Following on from the best-selling The Invisible Church, his recent book, Rewilding the Church, uses a powerful metaphor from ecology to offer a bold and provocative vision for the Church.
