Kendra Haloviak Valentine will present “How To Read the Book of Revelation” for Sabbath Seminars at Loma Linda University Church on Saturday, November 4.

Kendra Haloviak Valentine, PhD, is professor of New Testament studies at La Sierra University in Riverside, California. She has taught at Adventist universities in the United States and Australia. In addition to many journal publications, her books Signs to Life (2013) and Worlds at War, Nations in Song (2015) focus on biblical interpretation.

Sabbath Seminars is a welcoming spiritual community and ministry that explores life’s big questions using the tools of reason, biblical study, human experience, and Christian heritage. The class meets Saturday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to discuss topics of religion, theology, science, and philosophy.
