Faith and Reason Sabbath School May 18: Pentecost and Tongues

The Faith and Reason Sabbath School meets Sabbath, May 18, at 10:00 AM. During this Pentecost season Rolf Pohler compares Acts 2 and 1 Corinthians 14 to show that in these books, speaking in tongues does not focus on evangelizing in foreign languages but on prayer and worship. No Adventist theologian refreshes our Adventist theological heritage and key Adventist biblical texts better than Rolf,  which is why we invite him back again and again. Rolf is professor emeritus of systematic theology at Friedensau Adventist University.
