Faith and Reason Sabbath School Apr. 27: “Rethinking Adventist Identity in the 21st Century”

The Faith and Reason Sabbath School meets Saturday, April 27, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern. Socializing starts at 9:30 a.m. This Sabbath, Sigve Tonstad’s title is “Beyond the Remnant: Rethinking Adventist Identity in the Twenty-first Century.”

Perhaps no Adventist theologian currently writes from the intersection of Adventism and everything else more or better than Sigve, which is why his writings contribute so much to interfaith dialogue. So when he says he plans this Sabbath “to share three things that to me matter to an Adventist identity,” we’re listening.

Sigve Tonstad is a physician and theologian who divides his time between living in Norway and teaching in the Loma Linda School of Religion.
