Happy Rooms Around the World
Iris Landa has found her mission: she travels the world bringing happiness to children and communities by creating what she calls “happy rooms.” Iris came up with the name for her art after she repainted her own den in bright colors. She decided that the room could no longer be called a den and so dubbed it her happy room. She spreads her happy rooms throughout the world, painting the walls of churches and schools with bright colors, friendly animals, and images of love and kindness.
