Video | George Knight on Reading Ellen White

Apparently the Review & Herald Publishing Association has a YouTube channel on which they invest time and money uploading interviews and advertisements. Seeing that the view count on the popular videos almost never breaks double digits – apparently their approach mimics most churches: we’ll just sit here and hope you find us.

Anyway, I did. And here’s almost ten minutes with George Knight discussing the role of Ellen White in Seventh-day Adventism. To quote the R&H description, “Knight rationalizes the works of Ellen White and explains her importance to Adventism today.” Those aren’t my verbs; I’m just your messenger.

George Knight says, “she’s the best thing that ever happened to the Adventist Church and she’s the worst thing that ever happened to the Adventist Church.”
