Video: Glendale Adventist Health on the Streets

How the Adventist health message mixes with communities today.

And in Colorado, they are high-tech.

Denver’s Porter Adventist Hospital has become the first hospital in the state to make its emergency room wait times available to users of smartphones through an app or through their phone’s web browser.

The app, called iTriage, is a free program that also allows patients to pre-register for emergency room treatment with a feature call “Tell Us You’re Coming”, which not only smoothes the check-in process but helps emergency room staff to be better prepared for the patient’s arrival.
