Three Angles News – November 10, 2013

1. Brain Cladoosby, chairman of the Swinomish Tribal Community in Washington state – and a Seventh-day Adventist church member and elder of the Lummi SDA Church – was elected president of the National Congress of American Indians on October 18. 

2. Seventh-day Adventist congressman Raul Ruiz (D-CA) aided a fellow passenger who collapsed aboard a flight to Dallas. Ruiz is a medical doctor.

3. In Kentucky, a high school runner skipped the race she had trained for because she was assigned the number 666. She said the number was the mark of the beast, and she did not want to risk her relationship with God.
