With “Seventh-Gay Adventists,” documentary filmmakers Stephen Eyer and Daneen Akers changed the Adventist conversation about homosexuality. Showing moviegoers the haystacks-eating, Sabbath-observing people at the heart of this issue led to reactions from both sides.
